Terms of Service

These terms govern the invite-only Herschel private beta.

Using the private beta

Your material and generated material

You keep your rights in material you submit. You give the operator permission to process it only to run, secure, support, and improve your requested learning experience.

You are responsible for having the right to submit sources and uploads. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information.

Generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. It is not accredited instruction or professional advice.

Account controls

You can export your Herschel account data and request deletion from the Account page. The operator may suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties, or for a material breach of these terms or the acceptable-use policy.

The acceptable-use policy, privacy notice, age policy, and AI limitations notice form part of this private beta policy package.

Availability and responsibility

The private beta is provided on a best-effort basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular educational outcome. Any legally required rights remain unaffected.

Liability wording, governing law, and dispute terms require professional review before broader invitations or any paid release.

Contact and concerns

Questions, access or correction requests, safety reports, and privacy concerns can be sent to support@loqary.com.

Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report.
